YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an International Head of Marketing & Growth (m/f/x), who is excited about rethinking existing business models in the D2C world while developing scalable and innovative revenue streams for our brands fitvia & bellavia. In this key role you will be responsible for the international implementation of our new Sales & Marketing strategy as well as for the related day-to-day operations, reporting directly to our CEO.

  • Growth Hacking: Manage and grow the entire sales funnel while developing scalability in the markets DACH, Italy, Spain and France
  • Business Development: Drive the implementation of an omnichannel approach and establish new sales channels 
  • Marketing & Sales: Manage and oversee the strategic media planning process and ensure the successful interaction of all channels (online & offline) in close cooperation with Brand & Creative
  • Ownership: Secure the profitability of implemented measures and own topics like KPI setting, revenue generation and budgeting
  • People Management: Leadership responsibility for teams in the field of influencer marketing, performance marketing and CRM including continuous development of existing structures and cross-functional collaboration processes

  • Several years of B2C experience in a fast growing company, ideally in the FMCG industry or a scale-up environment 
  • Strong experience in leading international sales & marketing teams
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, engagement and retention including underlying revenue mechanics
  • Data-driven mindset with a deep knowledge of key account, sales & growth principles 
  • Highly structured and result-oriented approach as well as the ability to analyze data and take insights into action 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, an energetic innovation drive and a can-do attitude
  • German and English at a business fluent level
