We are looking for you as our new Customer Service Agent France (m/f/x). Your primary goal in this role is to provide our customers with a unique customer experience and thus help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Communication: You are the first point of contact for our French customers and take full responsibility for all customer service related activities for the French market 
  • Multiple Channels: You ensure a great customer experience by answering  inquiries by phone, email and through our social media channels about our products and customer orders 
  • Analysis: You support practices to analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle in order to improve customer relations and derive recommendations for future customer service approaches
  • Collaboration: Work hand in hand with colleagues from other departments to communicate customer feedback and other important information
  • Impact: Propose and execute ways to further develop the customer experience and introduce communication improvement
WHAT HELPS YOU TO SUCCEED
  • You have first professional experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2C environment
  • You know how to identify the customers’ needs in a split of a second and can easily switch the tone of voice based upon the type of person you are in contact with
  • You are customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented in your work
  • You have a positive, hands-on attitude and are eager to learn new things every day
  • You are business fluent in French and fluent in English
