We are looking for you as our new Customer Service Agent France (m/f/x)
. Your primary goal in this role is to provide our customers with a unique customer experience and thus help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Communication: You are the first point of contact for our French customers and take full responsibility for all customer service related activities for the French market
Multiple Channels: You ensure a great customer experience by answering inquiries by phone, email and through our social media channels about our products and customer orders
Analysis: You support practices to analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle in order to improve customer relations and derive recommendations for future customer service approaches
Collaboration: Work hand in hand with colleagues from other departments to communicate customer feedback and other important information
Impact: Propose and execute ways to further develop the customer experience and introduce communication improvement
