We are looking for you as our new Intern Customer Relationship Management France (m/f/x). Your primary goal is to provide our customers with a unique customer experience and thus help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer communication: You take full responsibility and ownership of all customer service related activities for the French market
- Multiple Channels: You ensure customer satisfaction by providing customer service by phone, email and through our social media channels
- Impact: Propose and execute ways to further develop the customer experience and applicable communication improvements
- Analysis: You support practices to analyze customer interactions and data in order to improve customer relations and to drive sales growth
